The product
What is inside the vial?+
The vial arrives empty. At a summit, you open and close it as a symbolic memory ritual. It is not a scientific air sample or proof of an ascent.
Can I add mountains climbed years ago?+
Yes. The physical Summit Passport is designed for historical and future summits.
Do I need an app?+
No. The physical product works completely and never requires digital activation.
Ordering
Is the Australia Collection in stock?+
Products labelled “In stock” can be purchased immediately. Stock status is shown on each product page.
Where do orders ship from?+
Current orders are fulfilled from Indonesia.
Can I buy it as a gift?+
Yes. The gift journey separates purchaser and recipient details and supports a personal message.
Passport & Community
Can I create a Digital Passport account now?+
No. The website currently includes a design preview only.
Are Community profiles live?+
No. Stories, people and gatherings shown there are clearly labelled examples.
Will my Passport be public?+
No. Future digital records are private by default and publishing would require a separate action.
